Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobono platform (the "Service"), operated by Jobono, a DBA of Nexoria Enterprise ("Jobono", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Jobono is a marketplace that connects businesses ("Employers") with independent workers ("Workers") for short-term and shift-based work. Jobono provides tools for posting jobs, applying, vetting, scheduling, time tracking, and payment recording. Jobono is not the employer of any Worker, and Employers are not employed by Jobono.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Worker Obligations

• Provide truthful information during onboarding and identity verification.
• Show up on time for shifts you accept and perform the work as described.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including labor, tax, and immigration laws.
• Maintain any required licenses or certifications for the work you perform.

4. Employer Obligations

• Post accurate job descriptions, pay rates, and shift requirements.
• Provide a safe working environment compliant with applicable health and safety laws.
• Approve hours promptly and in good faith.
• Pay Workers for approved hours through the Service or as otherwise required by law.

5. Payments

Approved hours generate a payment record. Employers are responsible for paying Workers and for any applicable taxes, withholdings, or filings relating to the payments made through the Service. Jobono may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before they apply.

6. AI Vetting

Jobono uses automated systems, including AI-generated fit scores and summaries, to help Employers evaluate applicants. These outputs are advisory only. Employers remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and for compliance with anti-discrimination and employment laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or recordkeeping.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Jobono does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information, the success of any hire, or the conduct of any Worker or Employer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobono and Nexoria Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
