Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobono platform (the "Service"), operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono ("Jobono", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Jobono is a technology marketplace operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono. The platform connects client businesses with independent contractors for short-term service opportunities. Jobono provides tools for opportunity posting, contractor profiles, contractor applications, service-time documentation, client review, payment records, and platform communications. Jobono does not employ, hire, supervise, train, assign, or control independent contractors. Independent contractors are not employees of Jobono or Nexoria Enterprise.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Contractor Obligations

Independent contractors agree to provide accurate profile information, maintain any required licenses or certifications, comply with lawful jobsite safety rules, independently determine whether to accept or decline opportunities, and remain responsible for their own taxes, transportation, tools unless otherwise provided by the client, and business expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Client Business Obligations

Client businesses are responsible for accurately describing opportunities, identifying the scope of work, location, date, expected service time, proposed rate, jobsite requirements, and safety rules. Client businesses are responsible for maintaining a safe worksite, supervising the worksite where applicable, reviewing service-time records, and complying with laws that apply to their business and worksite. 5. Payments

Client businesses pay Jobono a service fee for access to the platform and accepted contractor opportunities. Independent contractors receive the payout rate shown before acceptance, subject to client approval of the service-time record. Jobono may facilitate payment processing and tax reporting records. Contractor payouts are not wages, and no taxes are withheld unless required by law. Contractors are responsible for their own federal, state, and local tax obligations. 6. AI Vetting

Jobono uses automated systems, including AI-generated fit scores and summaries, to help client businesses evaluate contractor applications. These outputs are advisory only. Client businesses remain solely responsible for engagement decisions and for compliance with anti-discrimination and applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or business.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or recordkeeping.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in accordance with our Platform Deactivation Policy. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Jobono does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information, the success of any engagement, or the conduct of any contractor or client business. Jobono does not guarantee work, hours, or earnings to contractors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobono and Nexoria Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
