Privacy Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

Jobono ("we", "us", "our"), a DBA of Nexoria Enterprise, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Jobono platform (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, password, and the role you sign up as (worker or employer).

Worker profile information: work history, skills, certifications, government-issued ID and selfie used for verification, phone verification status, and self-reported skill checklist.

Employer information: business name, billing contact, job postings, and applicant decisions.

Operational data: shifts posted, applications submitted, AI fit scores, clock-in/clock-out timestamps, approved hours, and payment records.

Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and basic usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the Service — match workers to shifts, track time, and process payment records.
  • To verify worker identity and improve trust on the platform.
  • To compute AI-generated fit scores between workers and posted jobs.
  • To communicate about your account, shifts, and policy updates.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share employer-visible profile information with employers when you apply to their shifts. ID documents and selfies are accessible only to employers of shifts you have actively applied to, for the purpose of verifying you. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers (cloud hosting, AI inference, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we may retain limited records as required by law (for example, payment and tax records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of verification documents in private buckets, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
