Client Dispute Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

This Policy describes how disputes about service-time records and contractor payouts are handled on the Jobono marketplace, operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono.

1. Opening a Dispute

A client business may dispute a submitted service-time record by selecting "Dispute" in the platform and providing a written reason. A contractor may dispute a denied or modified record by submitting a written response through the platform.

2. Good-Faith Review

Both parties agree to participate in dispute resolution in good faith and to provide reasonable supporting information, such as photos, communications, or jobsite records.

3. Platform Review

Jobono may review disputes and the related records to facilitate resolution. Jobono is not a court or arbitrator and does not determine legal rights between the parties.

4. Outcome

Outcomes may include approval of the original record, partial approval, adjustment, or escalation. Jobono may pause the related payout while a dispute is open.
