Platform Deactivation Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

This Policy describes when contractor and client accounts on the Jobono marketplace, operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono, may be suspended or deactivated.

1. Grounds for Action

  • Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or business.
  • Falsified service-time records, no-shows without good cause, or repeated cancellations.
  • Unsafe conduct or violation of lawful jobsite safety rules.
  • Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive communications.
  • Circumventing the platform to avoid fees or recordkeeping.
  • Violation of these or any other Jobono terms or applicable law.

2. Notice and Review

Where reasonable, Jobono will provide notice of the basis for an action and an opportunity to respond. Some violations, including suspected fraud or safety risks, may result in immediate deactivation.

3. Effect of Deactivation

A deactivated account loses access to platform features. Approved payouts already earned remain payable in accordance with the Contractor Payout Terms.

4. Reinstatement

Where appropriate, a deactivated account may request review for reinstatement through the contact page.
