Safety and Incident Reporting Policy
Effective: January 1, 2026
Jobono, operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono, asks all users to take safety seriously. This Policy describes how to report safety concerns, incidents, and injuries that occur in connection with opportunities posted through the platform.
1. Worksite Responsibility
Client businesses are responsible for the worksite, including providing a reasonably safe environment, complying with applicable health and safety laws, and providing lawful safety instructions specific to the worksite. Independent contractors are responsible for following lawful safety rules and using any personal protective equipment specified for the opportunity.
2. Reporting an Incident
If you are involved in or witness an incident, injury, or unsafe condition:
- If anyone is in immediate danger, call local emergency services first.
- Notify the client business contact for the opportunity as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Submit a written incident report through our contact page describing what happened, when, where, and who was involved.
3. Insurance and Coverage
Insurance coverage for incidents depends on the parties involved, the nature of the work, and applicable law. See our Insurance Disclosure.
4. Retaliation Prohibited
Jobono does not tolerate retaliation against a user for reporting a safety concern in good faith.
