Service-Time Documentation Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

This Policy explains how the Jobono platform supports documentation of contractor service time for accepted opportunities. The platform is operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono.

1. Purpose

Service-time documentation supports client review of completed work, calculation of contractor payouts, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Use of the tool does not create an employment relationship with Jobono or Nexoria Enterprise.

2. How It Works

  • The contractor starts a service record when beginning work on an accepted opportunity.
  • The contractor ends the service record when work is complete.
  • The contractor submits the service-time record for client review.
  • The client business reviews the record and either approves it or opens a dispute.
  • Approved records generate a contractor payout calculation.

3. Accuracy

Contractors must submit accurate service-time records. Falsified records may result in denial of payout, account deactivation, or other action. Client businesses must review records promptly and in good faith.

4. Disputes

Disputes are handled in accordance with the Client Dispute Policy.
