Client Business Agreement

This Client Business Agreement ("Agreement") is between the business registering for a client account ("Client", "you") and Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono ("Jobono"). By creating a client account or posting any opportunity, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Marketplace Role

Jobono is a technology marketplace that connects client businesses with independent contractors. Jobono is not your employee, agent, contractor, or staffing agency. Independent contractors who accept opportunities posted by you are not employees of Jobono.

2. Posting Accurate Opportunities

You agree to post accurate descriptions of each opportunity, including location, date, expected service time, scope of work, required qualifications, jobsite requirements, safety rules, and proposed contractor payout rate.

3. Worksite, Safety, and Supervision

You are responsible for the worksite, including providing a safe environment, complying with applicable health and safety laws, and providing any lawful safety instructions specific to the worksite. To the extent supervision is appropriate for the type of work, you are responsible for that supervision.

4. Service-Time Review

You agree to review submitted service-time records promptly and in good faith and to approve or dispute them in accordance with the posted opportunity. See the Service-Time Documentation Policy and Client Dispute Policy.

5. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay the contractor payout amount for approved service-time records and any platform service fees that apply. Fees are disclosed before they apply. See the Contractor Payout Terms.

6. Compliance with Law

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business and worksite, including anti-discrimination, wage and hour (where applicable), and worksite safety laws.

7. No Solicitation Through Circumvention

You agree not to use the platform to identify contractors and then engage them off-platform for the purpose of avoiding fees or recordkeeping for opportunities that originated through Jobono.
