Non-Exclusivity Policy

Jobono, operated by Nexoria Enterprise DBA Jobono, is a non-exclusive marketplace.

1. Contractors May Work Elsewhere

Independent contractors using the platform are free to perform services for other businesses, clients, competitors, and platforms. Jobono does not require exclusivity, minimum hours, or minimum acceptance rates.

2. Decline Without Penalty

Contractors may accept or decline any opportunity. Jobono does not penalize contractors for declining opportunities, though repeated last-minute cancellations after acceptance may be addressed under the Platform Deactivation Policy.

3. No Restrictive Covenants

Jobono does not impose non-compete or non-solicitation restrictions on contractors with respect to other platforms or other businesses.

4. Platform Circumvention

Client businesses agree not to use Jobono to identify contractors and then engage them off-platform for opportunities that originated through Jobono solely to avoid platform fees or recordkeeping. See the Client Business Agreement.
